Toutmark is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement describes our efforts and ongoing commitments.

1. Our Commitment

Toutmark is committed to:

• Making toutmark.com and the Toutmark customer dashboard accessible and usable by everyone
• Complying with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard
• Supporting assistive technologies including screen readers, voice control, and keyboard navigation
• Reviewing and improving accessibility quarterly
• Complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III requirements

2. Current Accessibility Status

Live Phase

Toutmark is in Live Phase. We acknowledge there are accessibility gaps at this stage and are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.

Known Limitations

We are aware of and actively working to address:

• Some form labels may not be properly associated with inputs
• Color contrast ratios may not meet 4.5:1 for all text
• Some interactive elements may not be fully keyboard-navigable
• Some images may lack descriptive alt text

We are prioritizing these improvements on a continuous rolling basis.

3. Assistive Technology Support

Toutmark has been tested with and is compatible with:

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements on toutmark.com and the dashboard can be accessed and controlled using keyboard-only navigation (Tab key, Enter, Escape, arrow keys).

Zoom & Text Scaling

The Toutmark website and dashboard support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality or content reflow issues.

4. Accessibility Features

Visual Design

• Color Contrast: Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for text on background (target AA standard)
• Font Sizes: Readable base font size of 16px on web, scalable in dashboard
• Line Spacing: 1.5x minimum line-height for body text
• Focus Indicators: Clear, visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation

Interactive Elements

• All buttons, links, and form controls have descriptive labels
• Form errors are clearly marked and explained
• Links are not identified solely by color

Images & Media

• All meaningful images include descriptive alt text
• Videos include captions and transcripts (rolling rollout)

5. Accessibility Standards

Toutmark aims to meet or exceed the following standards:

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C
• ADA Title III: Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for public accommodations
• EN 301 549: European standard for accessible ICT services

• Add video captions and transcripts
• Improve form label associations
• Enhance keyboard navigation on complex components
• Add skip-to-content links
• Implement ARIA landmarks where needed

9. Review Schedule

Toutmark's accessibility status is reviewed quarterly (every 3 months). Updates to this statement will reflect improvements made and known gaps being addressed.
